Senior DevOps Engineer, Medicaid (Remote)
For People is a team of skilled technologists improving government digital services for disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. We embed directly in government agencies to modernize software, systems, and platforms so that they better serve people.
Your Impact
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at For People, you will be instrumental in transforming the user experience for the Medicaid Drug Program (MDP) product suite at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). MDP is vital for improving access to affordable medications for millions of Medicaid beneficiaries. You will build and maintain the infrastructure and automation that enables the rapid and reliable delivery of features that empower CMS to negotiate better drug prices, track compliance, and ensure transparency in drug costs. Your work directly contributes to CMS allocating funds more effectively, enabling state Medicaid programs to provide affordable prescriptions to low-income individuals and families.
Our Culture
For People is a team of humans. We place a significant amount of emphasis on positive work-life balance, setting healthy expectations, and making sure our loved ones are taken care of first. That means picking a child up from school during the day or going for a mid-day walk is okay!
Our entire team is remote across the United States, from the West Coast to the East Coast. There will never be a return-to-office, as we have none!
